Dress for Success Scotland empowers women by providing work-appropriate clothing for job interviews, employment, training placements, volunteering, and court or tribunal hearings. Our core mission is to support women on their path to economic independence, ensuring they feel confident and prepared for the workplace.

Beyond clothing, we offer a range of health and wellbeing, financial literacy, and employability workshops, equipping women with the skills needed to thrive in work and life. Our tailored sessions cover CV writing, interview techniques, workplace confidence, financial management, and personal development, helping women break barriers to employment.
